Group Therapy
Growth Happens Differently When We Don’t Have to Do It Alone
Group therapy offers the opportunity to work through challenges alongside others with similar experiences. Realizing you are not alone in facing a transition, relationship difficulty, loss, or recurring pattern can be powerful.
Small, Thoughtfully Curated Groups of 6–8 Participants
My groups are intentionally small, typically limited to 6–8 participants, creating space for meaningful conversation, individual attention, and genuine connection.
I facilitate groups for specific populations, life challenges, and therapeutic goals. My goal is to hold space for people to feel seen, challenged, supported, and understood—and where the group itself becomes part of the therapeutic process.
“With only 6–8 participants, each person has more opportunity to be heard, valued, and known.”

Featured Active & Enrolling Groups
Cohorts meet weekly in our private Woodland Hills office. Pre-group consultation required to ensure clinical alignment.

Why Group Therapy?
Group therapy offers connection while supporting personal growth. Groups can provide:
A sense of belonging
Hearing others speak openly about familiar experiences can ease isolation and shame.
Perspective
Members offer insights that may help you understand your own situation differently.
A place to practice new ways of relating
Groups provide a supportive setting to practice communication, boundaries, vulnerability, listening, and expressing your needs.
Support and accountability
Members can encourage, challenge, and support one another through change.
A supportive environment
With group sizes kept small, each person has more opportunity to be heard and known.

You don't have to navigate it alone.
Let's take the first step together.
