From the Conference Room to the Therapy Room

Before becoming a licensed therapist, Michael spent three decades working as a corporate attorney, experiencing firsthand the demands that come with high levels of professional responsibility and achievement. His years in the corporate and legal worlds gave him a deep understanding of how those demands can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and overall life satisfaction.

Michael's professional experience, together with his own personal work and growth, ultimately led him to transition to a career in psychotherapy. After earning his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, he founded his practice to help individuals navigate the relationship between professional success, personal fulfillment, and well-being. He also works with teens, couples, and families to help them strengthen their relationships and work through life's challenges.

“You will not need to spend your valuable time educating me on what your professional life is like; we can dive right into figuring out how you might improve yours.”

An Integrative, Client-Centered Philosophy

Michael does not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. His work weaves together psychodynamic insight, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, cognitive reframing, and somatic awareness. Whether you are unpacking generational patterns, recovering from professional burnout, or working through relationship fractures, therapy is paced to meet you exactly where you are.

Beyond the Office

Outside the therapy room, Michael enjoys time with his family, long walks with his dog, exploring the Santa Monica Mountains, reading, and playing guitar.

You don't have to navigate it alone.

Let's take the first step together.
